Steven Perce

Architect – Principal

Steven’s approach to design is based upon principles he has developed while studying, practicing, and teaching within the field of architecture for the past 20 years. The principles of working with clarity of purpose, responsiveness to site, and dedication to human experience and habitation are evident within his design solutions and interaction with clients.

Along with his professional practice, Steven has also been an Instructor at the College of Architecture and Planning at the University of Colorado, Denver. Steven received his Bachelors of Environmental Design from the University of Colorado, Boulder and his Masters of Architecture from the University of Colorado, Denver. He is a co-founder of bldg.collective and a licensed Architect in the State of Colorado and in the State of Idaho.

Outside of the office, Steve spends time in the mountains running, mountain biking, backcountry skiing and exploring the western US on his motorcycle.
